If your suburb appears in the list - you are eligible for same day delivery!

However, If your suburb is not in the list, then unfortunately same day delivery is not available in you area.

To guarantee delivery the same day, and to avoid any  disappointment, please ensure you place your order by 2.00pm AEST*

** Same day orders take up to 4hrs for delivery. Please ensure that you are present at your nominated delivery address for the FULL 4hr duration after you have placed your order.

We offer delivery to all destinations, except those located within India or Africa.

Any order received Monday to Thursday, after 2pm, will be processed the following day (with dispatch timing dependent on stock levels). Any order received on Friday, after 2pm, or over the weekend, will be processed on Monday (with dispatch timing dependant on stock levels).
Processing times are not a guarantee, but are a good indicator of when you can expect your order to be processed.

If the items you have ordered are contained within our warehouse stock levels, your order will be dispatched on the same day, or the next day, following receipt of your order. If the items you have ordered are not contained within our warehouse stock levels, but need to be sourced from our stores, your order will be dispatched within 3-5 days of your order being received. We will send you an email upon dispatch of your order.

If we are unable to dispatch your entire order within 5 days, due to low stock levels, we will dispatch part of your order, and send the balance of your order once it is received from our stores. You will not be charged for this second delivery. We will send you an email upon dispatch of both your part order and your completed order.

We will process and dispatch your order within 1-5 business days of receipt, subject to stock availability. Once dispatched, you will receive your order within 1-8 days, depending on the delivery mode you select and your location. If there is no one at home to accept your delivery our courier will leave your order in a safe, secure location on your property (i.e. front door step).

If you do not wish for your order to be left unattended at your delivery address, please write “signature” in the additional comments section during checkout. Then, if you are not home to sign for your order it will instead be delivered to your closest post office.
