Yes, simply take the item(s) you are returning into any Bras N Things store, along with your original receipt.

You can return any items you are not satisfied with either at brasnthings.com, or at any of our Bras N Things stores.

To return items to brasnthings.com, simply complete the relevant sections of the returns/exchange form and post it to us, along with the item(s) you are returning, and your original receipt. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange for another size, colour or item.

To return items at any Bras N Things store, simply take the item(s) you are returning into any Bras N Things store, along with your original receipt.

We will be happy to issue you with a refund to the value of the returned items, or alternatively, allow you to exchange the returned items with another item/s that hold a value up to the value of the returned items. Any unused portion of the original value of the item will be refunded to you.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the items returned are damaged, in which case we will refund up to $8.50 in delivery fees to post the damaged items back to us.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you an exchange, refund or credit, provided that:
• You return the item within 21 days of purchase
• The item is unworn, and/or in its original condition
• You return the item, together with the original sale receipt and a completed returns form
