Same day delivery is ONLY available for Sydney Metro destinations.

We will process and dispatch your order the same day* (Monday - Friday ONLY). Once dispatched, you will receive your order within 4 hours (depending on delivery service being available for your suburb). Processing your Order
Any order received Monday to Thursday, after 3pm, will be processed the following day. Any order received on Friday, after 3pm, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next business day (Monday). If there are any issues with your order we will contact be sure to contact you ASAP.
Dispatching your Order
All orders will be dispatched the same day if recieved before 3pm or the next day if recieved after 3pm Monday - Thursday**
You will recieve an email upon dispatch of your order.
If however, the items you have ordered are not contained within our warehouse stock levels, your order will be dispatched within 3-5 days of your order being received. If this issue occurs we will be sure to contact and notify you as soon as possible.
**Processing and dispatch times are not a guarantee, but are a good indicator of when you can expect your order to be processed, and then ultimately, dispatched from our warehouse. During busier seasons (i.e. Chrsitmas) dispatch of orders is more likely to be the next day.
