Same day delivery is ONLY available for Sydney Metro destinations.

To avoid disappointment, please click here to find your suburb before placing a same day order. If your suburb is not listed, then unfortunately the service is not available in your area and standard delivery time frames apply.

 

We will process and dispatch your order the same day* (Monday - Friday ONLY). Once dispatched, you will receive your order within 4 hours (depending on delivery service being available for your suburb). We have outlined below in more detail, information around same day deliveries processing and dispatch, and the delivery service used.

** Same day orders take up to 4hrs for delivery. We suggest that you are present at your nominated delivery address for the FULL 4hr duration after you have placed your order.  If there is nobody at the delivery address the parcel will be left at your front door for collection.  

 

 

Within Australia

We will process and dispatch your order within 1-5 business days of receipt, subject to stock availability. Once dispatched, you will receive your order within 1-8 days, depending on the delivery service used and your location. We have outlined below in more detail, information around processing and dispatch, and delivery services used.

We will process and dispatch your order within 1-5 business days of receipt, subject to stock availability. Once dispatched, you will receive your order within 3-15 days, depending on the delivery service and your destination. We have outlined below in more detail, information around processing and dispatch, and delivery options available to you.

Processing your Order

Any order received Monday to Thursday, after 3pm, will be processed the following day. Any order received on Friday, after 3pm, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next business day (Monday). If there are any issues with your order we will contact be sure to contact you ASAP.

 

Dispatching your Order

All orders will be dispatched the same day if received before 3pm or the next day if received after 3pm Monday - Thursday**

You will receive an email upon dispatch of your order.

If however, the items you have ordered are not contained within our warehouse stock levels, your order will be dispatched within 3-5 days of your order being received. If this issue occurs we will be sure to contact and notify you as soon as possible.

**Processing and dispatch times are not a guarantee, but are a good indicator of when you can expect your order to be processed, and then ultimately, dispatched from our warehouse. During busier seasons (i.e. Christmas) dispatch of orders is more likely to be the next day.

 

Authority to Leave

Authority to leave means that a signature is not required for delivery.
If there is no one at home to accept the delivery our courier will leave your order in a safe, secure location at your delivery address.

If you do not wish for your order to be left unattended at your delivery address, please write “signature” in the additional comments section during checkout. Then, if you are not home to sign for your order, it will instead be delivered to your closest post office
