Processing your Order
Any order received Monday to Thursday, after 3pm, will be processed the following day (with dispatch timing dependent on stock levels). Any order received on Friday, after 3pm, or over the weekend, will be processed on Monday (with dispatch timing dependant on stock levels).
Dispatching your Order
If the items you have ordered are contained within our warehouse stock levels, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days of your order being received. If the items you have ordered are not contained within our warehouse stock levels, but need to be sourced from our stores, your order will be dispatched within 3-5 days of your order being received. We will send you an email upon dispatch of your order.
If we are unable to dispatch your entire order within 5 days, due to low stock levels, we will dispatch part of your order, and send the balance of your order once it is received from our stores. You will not be charged for this second delivery. We will send you an email upon dispatch of both your part order and your completed order.
Processing and dispatch times are not a guarantee, but are a good indicator of when you can expect your order to be processed, and then ultimately, dispatched from our warehouse.
Part Dispatch of Orders
If the items you have ordered are not contained within our warehouse stock levels, but need to be sourced from our stores or from our suppliers, we may not be able to dispatch your order within 5 days of your order being received.
In this case, we will dispatch part of your order, and send the balance of your order as soon as it is received from our stores. You will not be charged for this second delivery. We will send you an email upon dispatch of both your part order and your completed order.
