All you need to do is find the cup size that ‘fits’ your body size. Naturally then, the first step is to determine your body size, which is based on your ‘under bust’ measurement. The second step is to determine your cup size, which is based on your ‘bust’ measurement and how it ‘fits’ with your body size (using our clever fitting matrix below). Now we’ll take you through it step by step.

Step 1 Body Size

First step is to determine your body size. To do this, obtain your ‘under bust’ measurement by measuring around your rib cage. Then use this measurement to determine your body size, based on the table below. For example, if your ‘under bust’ measurement is 75 cm, you will fall within the 72-77 cm ‘under bust’ measurement range in the table below. Therefore, your corresponding body size will be a size 12.

Note: Make sure you take your measurements whilst wearing a suitable bra, and with no outer garments. Measure yourself holding the tape measure firmly against you. Make no extra allowances; if you are in between sizes, we suggest you opt for the larger size.

Step 2 Cup Size

Second step is to determine your cup size. To do this, obtain your ‘bust' measurement, by measuring around the fullest part of your bust. Then use this measurement, coupled with your body size, to determine your cup size - based on the table below. For example, if your ‘bust' measurement is 96 cm, and your body size is 12, you will fall within the 95-97 cm ‘bust' measurement range, for size 12, in the table below. Therefore, your corresponding cup size will be Cup DD.

Step 3 Bra Size

Third step is to select your bra size. Your bra size is simply the combination of your body size and cup size. Therefore, if your body size is 12 and your cup size is Cup DD, your bra size is 12 DD! Perfect.
