You can register to receive special offers and discount by either visting a Bras N Things store and getting the team to sign you up or at brasnthings.com. Once you have joined you will receive more personalised service including:

    Bras N Things regularly has Sales or Special Offers. All special offers are shown on our home page and in our drop down navigation menu. To find dicounted products, simply click on 'SALE' in the home navigation bar. This will then show you all Sale items that we have on at that time.


    Gift cards

    Australian or New Zealand Gift Card?

    You can purchase either Australian or New Zealand gift cards on the website but it is important to note that: Australian Gift Cards can only be used online in Australia at www.brasnthings.com and in Australian stores. New Zealand Gift Cards can only be used online in New Zealand at www.brasnthings.co.nz and in New Zealand stores. South Africa Gift Cards can only be usedin South Africa stores and are not redeemable online. Gift cards are treated as cash and will be sent by registered post, requiring signature on delivery. If you are not in during delivery, your Gift Card will be left at your nearest post office for collection and you will need to take ID and sign for the card at the Post Office

    What happens if I lose my Bras N Things e-Gift Card or Gift Card?

    Bras N Things e-Gift Cards and Gift Cards are like cash and therefore must be kept in a safe place. Unfortunately if they are lost, Bras N Things cannot cancel, replace or track the e-Gift Card or Gift Card. Please be sure to keep it in a safe place.
    Because Gift Cards are treated like cash, when a Gift Card is purchased online, it will be sent by registered post, requiring signature on delivery. If this is inconvenient, we also offer an e-Gift card which can be emailed to you or emailed direct to the recipient for use on the Australian and New Zealand website or in Australian or New Zealand stores

    What is an E-Gift Card?

    An E-Gift Card is a gift card that gets emailed to either yourself or to the person you wish to give it to instantaneously. It is the perfect gift you can email to your family, friends or partner if you can't be there on that special day. E-Gift Cards are redeemable both in store and online and have a 12 month validity. They are a good alternative to Gift Cards if you need your gift on the same day because they can be emailed immediately after purchase. They are also useful if you are not able to be at home for a delivery containing a wallet card style Gift card, these wallet card Gift Cards are treated as cash and therefore when purchased online will be sent by registered post, requiring signature on delivery. Please not E-Gift Cards can only be used on the Australian or New Zealand wesite or in Australian and New Zealand stores.

    When does my e-Gift Card or Gift Card expire?

    Both E-Gift Cards and standard Gift Cards must be redeemed 12 months after purchase.

    Where can I use my Bras N Things e-Gift Card or Gift Card?

    Bras N Things Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are redeemable both online and in store within Australia and New Zealand.

    Please note:
    Australian Gift Cards can only be used in online in Australia and in Australian stores. New Zealand Gift Cards can only be used in online in New Zealand and in New Zealand stores.

    Bras N Things Gift Cards purchased within South Africa are redeemable at all South African Bras N Things Stores.

    How can I find my nearest Bras N Things’ stores?

    To find your closest Bras N Things store, use our Store Finder which can be reached by clicking the Store Finder icon at the top of every page. Search for the store you are after by simply entering the post code or suburb into the search box. Then click on your selected store and it will give you all of the information you will need.

    Where can I find out about store trading hours?

    Every stores trading hours can be found in the Store Finder. The Store Finder is at the top right hand side of the home page. Search for the store you are after by simply entering the post code or suburb into the search box. Then click on your selected store and it will give you all of the information you will need. Every Christmas, this is also the place where you will find the extended Christmas Opening hours for each individual store.

    Delivery

    How long will it take to receive my order if I am outside Australia?

    Outside Australia
    NZ - $9.50 Flat rate (DHL)
    All other destinations - $22.50 Flat rate (Airmail)
    You will receive your order within 3-15 days, depending on the delivery service and your destination. Orders of more than 3 items may be charged additional freight costs.
    *Please note: All new Zealand orders are sent via DHL and will require signature on delivery.
    *Processing and dispatch times are not a guarantee, but are a good indicator of when you can expect your order to be processed, and then ultimately, dispatched from our warehouse. During busier seasons (i.e. Christmas/Sale periods) dispatch of orders is more likely to be the next day.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Within Australia – Flat Rate $9.50
    Please allow 1 – 5 working days for delivery within Australia (metro and regional areas).
    Dispatching your order :
    All orders placed Monday to Thursday before 3pm will be dispatched the same day, excluding Store Pick up orders.
    Any orders placed after 3pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the next business day, excluding Store Pick up orders.
    Any orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday, excluding Store Pick up orders.
    You will receive an email upon dispatch of your order.

    In the unlikely event of any issues dispatching your order outside of these times we will be sure to contact and notify you as soon as possible. With the exception of gift cards and PO Box deliveries, signature is not required for delivery in Australia*. If there is no one at home to accept the delivery, our courier will leave your order in a safe, secure location at your delivery address. If the driver believes there is no safe and secure location this it will be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection by you. You will be left a delivery card with instructions on collecting your order. Physical gift cards will now be sent by Startrack Express courrier and wil require signature on delivery. If you are not home, your gift card delivery will instead be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection.
    If you do not wish for your order to be left unattended at your delivery address, please click 'Signature required' and write “signature required” in the additional comments section during checkout. Then, if you are not home to sign for your order, it will instead be left at your nearest Post Office for collection. This feature is not available in New Zealand.
    PO Box deliveries will need to be collected from the Post Office counter and ID may be required.
    *Please note: All new Zealand orders are sent via DHL and will require signature on delivery.

    Sydney Same Day Delivery** - Flat rate $19.99
    Same day delivery is ONLY available for Sydney Metro destinations Monday to Friday.
    To avoid disappointment, please click here to find your suburb before placing a same day order. If your suburb is not listed, then unfortunately the service is not available in your area and standard delivery time frames apply.
    To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, ALL same day orders must be placed by 1pm AEST MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY.
    ** If there is nobody at the delivery address the parcel will be left at your front door for collection.

    All other destinations - $22.50 Flat rate (Airmail)

    What do I need to know if I want same day delivery (Sydney metro areas only)

    Same Day Delivery -** - Flat rate $19.99
    Same day delivery is ONLY available for Sydney Metro destinations Monday to Friday.
    To avoid disappointment, please click here to find your suburb before placing a same day order. If your suburb is not listed, then unfortunately the service is not available in your area and standard delivery time frames apply. We will process and dispatch your order the same day* (Monday - Friday ONLY). Once dispatched, you will receive your order within 4 hours. We have outlined below in more detail, information around same day deliveries processing and dispatch, and the delivery service used.

    To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, ALL same day orders must be placed by 1pm AEST MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY.
    ** Same day orders can take 4hrs for delivery, please allow extra time in bad weather conditions or during peak periods such as Christmas. Please be advised that you must be present to receive your order at your nominated delivery address. We suggest that you are present at your nominated delivery address for the FULL 4hr duration after you have placed your order. Parcels will not be left at your address and failure to receive your order in person will incur further charges. Thank you for your cooperation.

    Can I return items I bought online in a Bras N Things store?

    Of course! Simply pop into any Bras N Things store with your product and the original Order Confirmation email and the Team in store will be happy to help.

    How do I make a return?

    What if it you change your mind, it doesn't fit or the product is faulty? Don't worry! We have a no hassle money back guarantee when it comes to customer satisfaction on products purchased from Bras N Things.
    If you are not happy with your purchase - at any time, we will gladly refund your purchase. (excludes Bras N Things Gift Cards – which cannot be refunded or replaced).

    How to return?
    You can return any items you are not satisfied with by either popping into a Bras N Things store or by sending it back to brasnthings.com with the required refund form.
    To return items to brasnthings.com, simply complete the relevant sections of the returns form provided with your delivery and post it to us, along with the item(s) you are returning, and your original receipt.

    To return items at any Bras N Things store, simply take the item(s) you are returning into any Bras N Things store, along with your original receipt. Our team will be there happy to help!

    How will I be refunded if I return an item?

    Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card. All purchases made using a Bras N Things Gift Card will be refunded onto a new Bras N Things Gift Card which will have a validity of 12 months.

    Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the items returned are damaged, in which case we will refund up to $9.50 in delivery fees to post the damaged items back to us.

    How can I convert my bra size, from another country, to an Australian Bra Size?

    How should I care for my bras?

    Ensure that your lingerie receives the love and attention it needs to stay beautiful, by adopting these simple care practices:

    • Always wash your bras in a washbag. This will ensure that the hooks do not get caught on anything in the wash and break. It will also stop your delicates from getting tangled and stretched with your other washing.
    • Dry your lingerie in the shade as the hot sun is not great for the elastics in them and will cause them to stretch prematurely.
    • Do not dry your lingerie in a dryer as this too is not good for the elastics.
    • When storing your moulded bras, do not fold the cups inside out as this can cause the moulding to go out of shape.


    Click & Collect

    Can I change or cancel my Click and Collect order?

    Bras N Things standard returns policy applies to all Click and Collect orders. Unfortunately an order cannot be altered once it's placed. If you no longer want your items, or require changes, you will need to do so at your collection store once you've received your order confirmation email or collection notification SMS.

    Can I return my Click and Collect order after Collection?

    Yes, all Click and Collect orders are treated as normal purchases, and adhere to the same returns policy.

    How long will it take for my Click and Collect order to be available?

    Orders are processed and prepared from our Sydney warehouse and sent to stores for collection. The estimated delivery times will vary depending on the location of the store. Please refer to the guide below.

    How much does Click and Collect cost?

    Click and Collect is a complimentary service, and incurs no delivery fees or extra charges.

    How will I know when my Click and Collect order is ready to collect from the store?

    You will receive an email and an SMS once your order is ready for collection in store. Orders are processed and prepared from our Sydney warehouse and sent to stores. 

    Is there a minimum spend for Click and Collect?

    No. Click and Collect is available for orders of any value.

    What is Click and Collect?

    Click and Collect allows you to shop online and pick up your purchase from your favourite Bras N things store at no cost. This service offers you the convenience of shopping online, with the peace of mind that comes with shopping in store.

    What products are available for Click and Collect?

    Click and Collect is available on all products site-wide. 

    Which stores offer Click and Collect?

    Currently only stores in Australia are available for collections.


    Afterpay

    Can I exchange my item/s if I paid using Afterpay?

    Item/s purchased from Bras N Things online using Afterpay can be exchanged in store only for the same product in a different size. If you wish to return of exchange for a different product, you will need to send your order back to:

    All Afterpay transaction are an agreement between you and Afterpay, not Bras N Things and as such any remaining Afterpay installment/s will be required to be paid as per your agreement with Afterpay. 

    Can I return an Afterpay purchased item?

    Yes. All online orders purchased with Afterpay should be returned along with your returns form to the Bras N Things Regents Park Warehouse at;
    Bras N Things, 391 Park Road,
    Building T, Regents Park Industrial Estate
    Off Commercial Drive, Regents Park,  NSW 2143.

    As per our standard returns process, once the item is received we will notify Afterpay to release the payments you made back into your nominated account.

    Please note: We will only be able to process your refund through Afterpay once your return reaches our HQ and gets processed.  You may still need to make payments while your return is coming back to us or waiting to be processed, but everything you pay for the returning items/s will be refunded once processed through our system.

    How do I sign up to Afterpay?

    You do not need to register prior to making your first Afterpay purchase. When you are making a purchase simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. If it’s your first time using Afterpay, you will provide payment details as usual to complete your purchase. Once your first order is approved, your Afterpay account is created. You will be directed to www.afterpay.com.au to set up a password, and you will be able to make future purchases using Afterpay by simply entering your log in details upon checkout.

    How does Afterpay work?

    Afterpay have partnered with Bras N Things to offer simple instalment plans for our online shoppers, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four equal instalments, due every fortnight. Simply shop and choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy! 

    After you check out, the goods will be shipped to you. At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise Afterpay will automatically deduct the instalments from your debit or credit card every fortnight.

    If I don’t have a credit or debit card can I still use Afterpay?

    Unfortunately not. Afterpay requires a Credit or Debit card in your name to be supplied in order to use their services.

    Is Afterpay a credit card?

    No. Afterpay is simply a service that will charge an existing credit or debit card for the 4 instalments of your order.

    Is there a cost to use Afterpay?

    Afterpay does not charge a fee to consumers when purchasing. The only fees applied to consumers are late fees if your scheduled payments are unsuccessfully processed and, after being notified, you do not log in to your Afterpay account to make your payment via a different method. 

    What if I have a problem with my Afterpay payments or account?

    You will need to contact Afterpay directly in relation to anything issues regarding your purchase.

    What if my Afterpay order does not arrive?

    Simply contact our Customer Care team and they will assist you in locating the parcel.

    Who can use Afterpay?

    Afterpay is available to all people who: 

    • Live in Australia;
    • Are at least 18 years old;
    • Are capable of entering into a legally binding contract;
    • Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number; and
    • Use an Australian credit or debit card to make the purchase.

    Where's my Order History?

    For registered customers with orders made after Tuesday 5th November 2013, your order history can be found in your My Account section under My Orders.
    For registered customers with orders made before 5th November 2013, and for customers who checked out as a guest, we have your order history secure in our internal systems.
