How To Use:

Receipt or proof of purchase.

Your preference for a refund or replacement.

What Bras N Things Will Do:

Assess your warranty request.

If approved:

Provide a prepaid return satchel for return to Normals Packsmith facility.

Await confirmation of receipt from Packsmith.

Within 5 business days of receipt of the returned product, they will:

Send a replacement or

Bras N Things will refund the full purchase amount using the original payment method.

Reasons a Warranty Request May Be Rejected:
-
Submitted more than 1 year after purchase.
-
No receipt or proof of purchase.
-
Issue is not a functional fault (e.g., cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear).
-
Product was damaged through misuse, accident, or neglect.
-
Product was modified or repaired by someone other than Normal.
Once a new product is sent, a new 1 x year warranty will commence.
The benefits provided by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available under law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Who is responsible for any expenses associated with the warranty claim and how the consumer can claim back any expenses incurred?
It’s Normal will incur the fee to return the product and send the revised toy. The customer shouldn’t incur any fees if the toy is faulty and they follow the steps to claim under warranty.
