Joining Cheeky Rewards is as easy as sliding on your favourite undies.

Cheeky Rewards membership is currently available for Australian and New Zealand customers only.

If you do register in-store, you'll just have to complete your registration online to ensure you receive all the goodies across both platforms.

As you move up in levels, the rewards heat up even more with shipping discounts, free gifts and lots of other sweet treats.

Spend per year is calculated daily, so each purchase you make will contribute to your Cheeky Rewards level. We calculate your purchases overnight so it you have spent enough to upgrade a level, this will be reflected the next day.

Please note that online orders are not included in your Cheeky Rewards spend until they have been processed and shipped.

Cheeky Rewards spend excludes returns, refunds, delivery charges, donations and the purchase of gift cards.

You'll receive your welcome voucher email within 24 hours of signing up. This is valid for 30 days.

Your birthday voucher email will arrive on your special day (if you've provided us with your date of birth) and is valid for 30 days.

Look out for your spend and save vouchers within 24 hours after an in-store purchase or once your online order is shipped. You've got 90 days to spend it on something you love.

It's not called Cheeky Rewards for nothing! Yes, you can - unless prohibited in the terms and conditions of the other promotion.

You deserve to be spoilt. You can use up to 3 vouchers per order, however, you can only use a single birthday or welcome voucher per order.

Returns, refunds, delivery fees, donations, and gift card purchases don’t count toward your Cheeky Rewards spend.

To redeem your welcome voucher, the minimum spend is $49.90. There is no minimum spend on birthday or spend & save vouchers.

Spend $100, get rewarded! For every $100 you spend (excluding gift cards, returns, shipping, and WAGEC donations), you'll earn a $5 spend & save voucher—online or in-store.

Just make sure you’re logged in online or have scanned your membership card in-store before checking out!

Your spend balance is valid for 24 months.

Sadly, we can’t add purchases made as a guest or without logging in to your account after the fact.

Next time, make sure you’re signed in online or scan your QR code in-store before paying to score those sweet rewards!

Sharing is caring, but each Cheeky Rewards account needs its own email and mobile number. Why not spread the love and let your friends and family sign up too? They’ll be earning rewards in no time!

Vouchers are a one-time deal, so any unused amount will be lost and removed from your account. Make sure to spend it all and get the most out of your reward!

Vouchers are single-use only and won't be reissued if you make a return. So, spend those rewards wisely!

If you have multiple accounts using different email addresses and want to merge them into a single account, we can action that for you.

- Full name
- Email address
- Contact phone number
- Address / Postcode
- Date of birth

We also need to know which is the current account you wish to maintain. For security reasons, if you are unable to provide this information for each account, or the information provided does not match the information we hold, we may not be able to merge your accounts. If that occurs you should cancel your old accounts and continue with your single current account.

Once your request has been completed, you will receive an email from us confirming that your details have been updated.
