Bra Care Guide

Wash and Protect

Always wash your lingerie and delicate nightwear in a washbag to protect from being damaged. The clips should be fastened on your bra when placed in the washbag to protect hooks from damaging other delicate garments and from rubbing on the drum of your washing machine.

Please Note: There are exceptions to the above and they are clearly marked with 'hand wash', so make sure to always double check the label.

Satin & Lace

A little extra love can sometimes be needed for satin and lace. We recommend a cold gentle machine wash in a washbag or hand wash if instructed by care label due to delicate materials. Always check the instruction care label to be safe.

Flannel & Viscoe

These fabrications simply need a cold gentle machine wash.

Swim

Rinse with cold water immediately after use then when you are ready to wash, cold hand wash with mild soap.

Silicon

In order to keep our solutions pieces in the best condition, cold machine wash them in a wash bag.

Ban the Bleach

Cold wash in non-harmful detergents. Normal washing powder is fine, though avoid strong cleaners such as bleach as this may damage the fabric of your garment. Wash light and dark colours separately to avoid any chance of colour running!

Ditch the Dryer

Dry in the shade and out of direct sunlight. The heat & light of the sun will cause the elastics to deteriorate and will also cause fading. Never tumble dry as the heat from the dryer will cause similar damage to your lingerie as direct sunlight.
