Delivery Options

Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout once the delivery option and destination has been selected/entered. We offer the below delivery options:

Sale periods: During any of our sale or promotion periods, we ask that you to allow an additional 2-4 business days for your order to be dispatched. We thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm AEST will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Any orders placed during our sale periods may take a little longer and will be dispatched within 2-4 business days. 4 - 6 business days $8 or Free on orders over $100

Order Delivery

All orders are shipped with DHL express delivery service.
A signature is required by the receiver of the goods for delivery within the U.S. In the event that there is no one at residence to accept the delivery DHL will take your parcel to your closest Post Office to be collected by you at a later date. A delivery card with instructions will be left in your letterbox.

Order Tracking

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Using this number, the order can be tracked through:

Customs Duties & Taxes

Orders may be subject to local customs charges if over $800. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. Customs policies vary from country to country

If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Bras N Things cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. If you choose to refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be abandoned, and Bras N Things will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
