General Change of Mind Returns Policy – Purchases from 1 December 2025
This policy applies to products purchased from Bras N Things from 1 December 2025. Products purchased prior to that date are covered by the policy in place at the time of purchase, available here.
The following Change of Mind policy applies to both in-store and online returns:
What can be returned for change of mind?
Items that have not been worn or washed, that have no marks and are in a resalable condition with all original tags/labels/packaging and seals/hygiene protection stickers attached can be returned within 60 days from date of purchase.
This excludes:
- Adhesive items including tape, silicone and fabric nipple covers, adhesive cups and bras
- Gift cards (physical and e-gift cards) and gift boxes
- Bedroom Accessories
- Jewellery and hair accessories
- Personalised items
- Charity donations
- Items marked as excluded from change of mind returns on the Website or instore
What can be returned if it doesn’t fit? Check our 14 Day Bra Fit Promise!
Bras that have been lightly worn may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt if they do not fit properly.
This does not include, and unless faulty, you cannot return worn:
- Items from the Night Games range
- Babydolls, bodysuits, corsets or rompers, even where they have a structured bra component, that have been worn or do not have all original tags and labels attached
- Multi-piece sets sold as a single item, or pieces from multi-piece sets, even where one piece of the set is a bra
- Adhesive bras To return these bras, please visit one of our stores or contact our Customer Service Team.
- Any items that have been worn, washed, have marks or are otherwise not in a resalable condition, or are missing the original tags/labels/packaging/hygienic protection stickers cannot be returned, even when purchased as a matching item. This excludes bras covered by our additional 14 Day Bra Fit Promise.
- Gift cards (physical and e-gift cards) and gift boxes
- Adhesive items including tape, silicone and fabric nipple covers, adhesive cups and bras
- Bedroom accessories
- Jewellery and hair accessories
- Personalised items
- Charity donations
- Items marked as excluded from change of mind returns on the Website or instore
- Items purchased online, including via Click & Collect, can be returned through either the online process or in-store, with returns not dependent on their channel of purchase.
- Goods purchased in-store must be returned in-store.
- Items purchased online or instore can be returned instore; or
- Contact our Customer Service Team if you can’t make it into one of our stores.

This 14 day returns period only applies to the original item purchased, and not to any item taken in exchange under this policy. Proof of purchase must be provided at the time of return. Items can be returned for a refund of the product purchase price (excluding delivery fees, if any) or exchanged (instore only) for another item – just pay any difference in price.
What can't be returned for change of mind?
You can return any product at any time if it is faulty, provided you have proof of purchase.

Items purchased from a third party retailer (eg The Iconic, Myer) must be returned via that specific retailer and in line with their independent policy. You can return any product at any time if it is faulty, provided you have proof of purchase.
How do I return in store?
Have a product to return that meets our policy? Want fast, free returns? Pop into your local store! You can return an item purchased in store or online to a store in your country of purchase. Items can be returned instore for a refund, store credit in the form of a gift card or exchange. Simply bring your item(s) and receipt (paper or digital, we're not picky) to your nearest BNT store.

How do I return by mail in Australia?
Have a product to return that meets our policy? All online returns (unless faulty) are to be paid for by the sender. Please note, only online purchases can be returned by mail. In-store purchases must be returned in-store. Items can only be returned online for a refund of the product purchase price, excluding any delivery fees. If you want to exchange the item, you will need to visit a store.Step 1 – Click here to kick off your return online. You'll get an authorisation number and can book your return with Australia Post.*
Step 2 – Pop your item(s) into the Bras N Things packaging we used to send your order (reduce, reuse, recycle!) or a separate pack that can be mailed.
Step 3 - Either stick a return label onto the package or visit your local Post Office.
Step 4 - Drop the package off at any Australia Post store or any red post box.
How do I return from outside Australia or New Zealand?

Faulty Returns
I have received a faulty item, what can I do?
If you find a fault you can return your item for a refund or replacement either (a) instore or (b) if purchased online, via our online returns system by processing it as a faulty return (Australian and New Zealand orders only).
Where your order was delivered more than 60 days ago, or was delivered outside of Australia or New Zealand, simply reach out to our customer service team here to start your returns journey. We will ensure costs associated with returned faulty goods, including delivery, is at no expense to you.

Where your order was delivered more than 60 days ago, reach out to our customer service team here to start your faulty returns journey. You can return any product at any time if it is faulty, provided you have proof of purchase.
Faulty - Refunds for International orders
All payments and refunds for international purchases from brasnthings.com are made in Australian dollars. BNT accepts no liability for any currency exchange movement between the date an order is placed and the date a refund is issued. Payments and refunds for purchases made from brasnthings.co.nz or one of our New Zealand stores will be made in NZD. Payments and refunds for purchases made from one of our South African stores will be made in Rand.
