*Refunds will not be accepted for change of mind returns on known defected goods (Nearly Perfect Items) unless otherwise faulty.

How to Return ?

You can return any items you are not satisfied with by either popping into a Bras N Things store or by sending it back to the Bras N Things warehouse.

To return items to the Bras N Things warehouse, simply complete the relevant sections of the returns form provided with your delivery and post it to us, along with the item(s) you are returning, and your original Confirmation Email.

Please note: All items returned back to the Bras N Things warehouse will be refunded. For any exchanges please visit us in store.

Online we are all about refunds, not exchanges. If you want to exchange an item you can visit your nearest BNT store.

*P.S. Gift cards, e-gift cards, sticky boob solutions (e.g. adhesive cups/tape), and bedroom toys are the exception (unless they're faulty, of course).



How do I return in store?

Want fast, free returns? Pop into your local store!

Simply bring your item(s) and receipt (paper or digital, we're not picky) to your nearest BNT store.

How do I return by mail in Australia?

All online returns (unless faulty) are to be paid for by sender via the Australia Post portal at a cost of $10.95 per return.

Please note, only online purchases can be returned by mail. In-store purchases must be returned in-store.

Step 1 – Click here to kick off your return online. You'll get an authorisation number and can book your return with Australia Post.*

Step 2 – Pop your item(s) into the Bras N Things packaging we used to send your order (reduce, reuse, recycle!) or a separate pack that can be mailed.

Step 3 - Either stick a return label onto the package or visit your local Post Office.

Step 4 - Drop the package off at any Australia Post store or any red post box.
